Delhi-NCR faces major waterlogging after intense overnight rainfall; Red alert active
Heavy downpours throughout the night led to significant water accumulation and gridlocked traffic across various areas of Delhi-NCR. Within the past 24 hours, three of Delhi's weather stations recorded rainfall exceeding 75 mm. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has declared a red alert for the region for the coming hour, in addition to the existing yellow alert for the day.
