A Delhi court has ordered former minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain into judicial custody for 14 days regarding the ongoing investigation into the Delhi Jal Board sewage treatment plant tender corruption case. Along with Jain, the former CEO of the Delhi Jal Board, Udit Prakash Rai, and three additional individuals were also placed in judicial custody. One other person involved in the case was granted a two-day police remand. The Anti-Corruption Branch had taken six individuals into custody on Tuesday.
