Delhi High Court denies plea to remove Additional DCP accused of slapping protester
The Delhi High Court has turned down a request to move an investigation away from Additional DCP Sandeep Lamba, who is accused of slapping a woman during the CJP's Parliament march on July 20. The court stated that they cannot discredit an officer simply because of a video that purportedly shows him hitting a woman. A female petitioner had moved the court, asking for his removal from the inquiry.
