Delhi HC orders removal of explicit content of Janhvi Kapoor, rejects plea to ban fan pages
The Delhi High Court has directed the removal of offensive online material involving actress Janhvi Kapoor. Janhvi had requested the deletion of more than 5,000 posts and webpages that featured AI-generated pornography and accounts that were profiting from her likeness. The court, however, declined to shut down fan pages, noting, "We aren't the conscience keepers…You don't want fans?…You'll find yourself living in a cave."
