Delhi duo held for espionage for Pakistan; sent SIM cards through Dubai
Mohammad Sahil and his wife, Sameera, have been taken into custody by Delhi Police on accusations of collaborating with intelligence agents based in Pakistan since 2024. Authorities stated that between 2024 and 2025, the pair dispatched eight Indian SIM cards to Pakistan by routing them through Dubai, earning approximately ₹30,000 for their efforts. Investigators believe these SIM cards were utilized to set up WhatsApp accounts, reach out to individuals within India, and collect classified intelligence.
