Delhi building collapse: SG tells SC PIL is in High Court, transfer petition can be filed
Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta termed the Delhi building collapse, which killed seven people, a "horrific incident" in the Supreme Court. He stated, "A PIL has been filed in the Delhi High Court. We can file a transfer petition but I'm pointing out the order that was passed." The apex court is set to hear the matter on September 10.
