Dalai Lama offers prayers at Leh's Mahabodhi Centre
On August 9, Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama paid a visit to the Mahabodhi International Meditation Center located in Leh, Ladakh. He participated in prayers alongside monks and walked around the 1,000 Buddha shrine, receiving a heartfelt greeting from students and local people. Following the event, he went back to Shewatsel Phodrang, his current residence for the duration of his stay in Ladakh.
