ClickLock Stealer malware forces macOS users to surrender passwords by crashing apps
A report from Group-IB highlights a fresh macOS threat known as ClickLock Stealer that lures victims through deceptive security portals. Once a user follows the site's prompts and executes a specific command, the malware initiates a persistent loop. It forces all running applications to close every 210 milliseconds, effectively locking the computer until the user provides their system password.
