CID to investigate Karnataka veterinary recruitment scam
The Karnataka government has assigned the investigation of the alleged recruitment fraud involving veterinary officers at the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) to the CID. The inquiry focuses on allegations that positions were sold for between ₹80 lakh and ₹1 crore during the hiring process for 400 veterinary officers, which led the KPSC to put the selection list on hold.
