Chinese LightSpy malware now targets 13 countries with data-wiping capabilities
LightSpy, a surveillance platform originating from China, has evolved into a sophisticated tool currently operating across more than 13 nations. Cybersecurity researchers at Arctic Wolf report that the software is capable of harvesting private information, such as exact GPS coordinates, messaging history, audio files, images, and real-time screen usage.
