Chhattisgarh car owner wins landmark consumer case over E20 fuel issues
According to India Today, a consumer court in India has ruled in favor of a car owner in Chhattisgarh in the first known case involving E20 petrol. The owner alleged that his vehicle started having engine trouble and performance issues immediately after using E20 fuel. Consequently, the Raipur consumer commission directed the car's manufacturer and the dealership to cover the repair expenses and provide compensation to the owner.
