CBI files case against BluSmart founders over ₹672-crore fraud
The CBI has initiated a case against Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi, the co-founders of BluSmart, for an alleged ₹672-crore loss to IREDA. The state-run renewable energy lender had provided loans to the Jaggis' firm, Gensol Engineering, and its electric vehicle leasing division to purchase EVs for an EV cab service that is no longer operational. It is alleged that these funds were diverted and misused for personal gain.
