CBI arrests two BJP members for killing aide of Suvendu Adhikari
The CBI has taken two BJP workers into custody regarding the murder of Chandranath Rath, an aide to West Bengal leader Suvendu Adhikari. Both suspects were previously associated with the TMC. According to reports from the Indian Express, investigators found that the two men, who worked on Rath's team, are accused of hiring gunmen to carry out the killing. Rath was fatally shot while sitting in his vehicle back in May.
