Satyress, a company based in California, has introduced Threehalves, a robot featuring horns and a chainsaw built to assist in human rescue operations during emergencies. Standing approximately 7 feet tall, the machine uses a four-legged centaur-like frame paired with a human-shaped torso and arms capable of swapping between various tools, such as wrenches or chainsaws. The robot is designed to be controlled remotely by a human operator through the use of sensors, cameras, and joysticks.
