Bupa CEO uses lunch orders as a 'secret weapon' to evaluate job applicants
Iñaki Ereño, the CEO of healthcare company Bupa, describes his six-hour, three-meeting testing process as his "secret weapon" for recruitment. He also noted that he evaluates a candidate's personality by taking them out for lunch. Ereño explained, "Imagine if my drink is a glass of water. I'm very happy with someone who [orders wine]...I don't like followers."
