Bombay HC grants bail to Sena leader accused of assaulting doctors, orders him to stay in Goa
The Bombay High Court has allowed bail for Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre, following his involvement in the assault of doctors at a hospital. As a condition for his release, the court has directed him to relocate to a resort in Goa and remain outside of Maharashtra until the trial commences. According to an NDTV report, he has been instructed to reside at the Nazri Resort & Lawns.
