Bihar: SDRF and NDRF save 3-year-old boy from borewell
A three-year-old child was successfully pulled from a 280-foot-deep borewell in the Gaya district of Bihar, according to officials. The rescue operation was carried out by the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF). The toddler had been stuck at a depth of about 30 to 35 feet, and rescuers provided him with oxygen via a pipe during the effort. Local residents celebrated as the boy was brought to safety.
