Bihar MP helps Maharashtra pilgrims stranded by Nepal floods, converses with Fadnavis in Marathi
Devesh Chandra Thakur, an MP from Bihar, stepped in to help more than 100 pilgrims from Maharashtra who arrived in Bihar after fleeing flash floods in Nepal. A video showing him speaking fluent Marathi during a phone conversation with Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis has gained significant attention online. The MP ensured the pilgrims received meals and organized train travel to help them return to Maharashtra.
