Bihar: Man caught trying to steal phone hangs from moving train
In Bihar's Khagaria district, a man suspected of trying to grab a passenger's phone was left hanging from the window of a moving train for about nine kilometres. Passengers grabbed the man's arm and held him until the Janhit Express arrived at the following station. A video captures the suspect begging to be let go after the incident. Authorities are currently investigating the matter.
