Bengaluru vacant land owners must remove trash by August 15 to avoid ₹1 lakh penalty
The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has instructed owners of empty plots across the city to remove all waste and construction debris from their land by August 15. Those who do not follow this order will be penalized ₹25,000 for the initial offense, ₹50,000 for a second instance, and as much as ₹1 lakh for any further violations. This mandate is being implemented as part of the GBA's 'Freedom from Waste' initiative.
