A man in Bengaluru was reportedly abducted and swindled out of ₹3.75 lakh following a meeting arranged via a dating application. The victim claims he was intimidated by a woman and four other men, who coerced him into withdrawing ₹45,000 from an ATM and initiated a ₹3.21 lakh transfer from his credit card. The Hebbagodi police have initiated an investigation, which includes reviewing CCTV recordings and gathering further evidence.
