Bengal Tennis Association supports Leander Paes for AITA top post
The Bengal Tennis Association has extended its support to Leander Paes in his bid for the AITA presidency. This move paves the way for a possible three-way race involving interim president Chintan Parikh and Davis Cup captain Rohit Rajpal. To be eligible, Paes is required to secure victory in the Sportsperson of Outstanding Merit election. The AITA polls will be conducted under the supervision of retired Justice Gita Mittal, who was appointed by the court.
