On Thursday, Aurum PropTech announced its plan to purchase Housing.com in an all-equity transaction valued at ₹458 crore. As part of the deal, Aurum PropTech will distribute 1.97 crore equity shares, each with a face value of ₹5, accounting for 20.5% of the company's expanded share capital. Following the completion of this deal, the stake held by REA Group—the current owner of Housing.com—in Aurum PropTech will rise to approximately 25%.
