Home appliance manufacturer Atomberg Technologies has submitted its preliminary IPO documents. The proposal includes a fresh issuance of shares valued at ₹450 crore alongside an offer for sale of up to 76.5 million shares. While the company has not specified the overall size of the offering, it noted that current investors such as Steadview Capital, A91 Partners, Jungle Ventures, and Inflexor Ventures are set to offload their stakes.
