Assam woman arrested for gold ring theft at railway station
A 25-year-old woman named Bobita Das from Dibrugarh, Assam, has been taken into custody by the Railway Police. She is accused of taking a gold ring from a traveler's bag while at the AC waiting area on platform 4. Authorities used CCTV recordings to locate her close to the Monad Hotel in Karanthur, where they also found the missing jewelry. Following her arrest, she was presented before a judge and sent to judicial custody.
