Assam man arrested for stealing ₹50 lakh in cash and gold to spend on girlfriend
Yash Dhanuka Agarwal, a 25-year-old from Jorhat, Assam, is accused of taking cash and gold valued at approximately ₹50 lakh from his family residence. According to police, he used a portion of the stolen funds on his girlfriend. Following an FIR lodged by his father, authorities tracked the suspect's mobile phone to Ahmedabad. With his father's assistance, the police located and apprehended Agarwal.
