In a historic achievement, 22-year-old Ariha Pangambam secured the gold medal in the senior women’s individual category at the 10th Aerobic Gymnastics Asian Championships held in Tagaytay City, Philippines. Pangambam is the first gymnast from India to claim an Asian title in this discipline. Her winning performance earned a total score of 19.10, which was comprised of 8.65 for artistry, 7.60 for execution, and 2.85 for difficulty.
