A seven-year-old girl has died after becoming sick following the administration of chloroquine tablets during an anti-malaria campaign in an Andhra Pradesh village. Currently, 52 other individuals are receiving medical care at a hospital and a nearby health facility. According to officials, a total of 71 residents in Gollaguppa village were provided with the anti-malaria medicine. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has directed an investigation into the incident.
