American national held in UP arrived from Bali, spent 6 weeks in Goa
Authorities reported that Jordan Brown, a US citizen taken into custody in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh, had traveled from Bali and spent a month and a half in Goa. Brown stated that he encountered a person from Nepal while in Goa and was heading to Sonauli in UP to rendezvous with him prior to entering Nepal. He was unable to offer the individual's complete name, location, or any way to reach him.
