Allahabad HC: 'Tareekh pe tareekh' culture has no place in our justice system

While granting anticipatory bail to two individuals involved in a kidnapping case that has dragged on for 25 years, Justice Rajeev Bharti expressed his concern. The court emphasized that such prolonged delays are a violation of the right to a speedy trial, which is guaranteed under Article 21.
