All-Czech Wimbledon final set as Muchova and Noskova advance
World No. 9 Karolina Muchova from the Czech Republic secured her first-ever Wimbledon final appearance after a 6-2, 1-6, 7-6 (12-10) victory over American seventh-ranked Coco Gauff. She will face fellow Czech player Linda Noskova, who is ranked 12th in the world. Noskova earned her spot in the championship match by defeating Ukraine's Marta Kostyuk with a score of 6-4, 6-4. This result guarantees an all-Czech women's singles final. At 21 years old, Noskova becomes the youngest woman to reach the final at Wimbledon since 2014.
