Air India pilot who tested positive for marijuana will not be terminated yet
According to a Moneycontrol report, the pilot of the Air India flight from Phuket to Delhi that experienced a sudden 300-foot drop will not face immediate termination, even after testing positive for marijuana. Air India plans to hold off on any disciplinary measures until the final investigation is complete. Both the pilot and co-pilot have been removed from flight duty, though an insider at the airline noted that the co-pilot does not appear to be responsible.
