Adani family displaces DLF’s Rajiv Singh as leader of Hurun India real estate wealth ranking
The Gautam Adani family has moved ahead of Rajiv Singh and his family from DLF to secure the number one spot on the 2026 GROHE-Hurun India Real Estate Rich List 150. The Adani family saw their real estate-related fortune climb by 73% compared to the previous year, reaching ₹90,400 crore. Meanwhile, the Singh family followed in the second position with a total wealth of ₹90,200 crore. Mangal Prabhat Lodha of Lodha Developers and Vikas Oberoi of Oberoi Realty took the third and fourth spots, in that order.
