Adani Enterprises announced that it has successfully gathered ₹15,000 crore by way of a qualified institutional placement (QIP). The company's board gave the green light to issue 5.20 crore equity shares, each carrying a face value of ₹1, to qualified investors. Among the participants, SBI-managed funds received 15.33% of the shares, while New World and Eupac-managed funds were allocated 13.58% and 7.27% of the issue, respectively.
