Abhay Verma on MiG-21: We were the final people to sit in the cockpit
Abhay Verma, the actor who played Flying Officer Rajpal Singh Dhaliwal, known as Dhali, in 'Operation Safed Sagar', revealed that the production took place at an Indian Air Force facility in Bikaner, Rajasthan. He mentioned, "We can all say with pride that we were the last individuals to sit inside a MiG-21." The Indian Air Force formally decommissioned its fleet of MiG-21 fighter aircraft in September 2025.
