500 farmers turned away from Jantar Mantar after joining CJP demonstration
Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait reached Delhi's Jantar Mantar along with 500 farmers to back the Cockroach Janta Party protest and show solidarity with Sonam Wangchuk, who is currently fasting. According to the CJP, the group was forced to head back because there was no space for them at the venue. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke requested the farmers to participate in the upcoming march to Parliament scheduled for July 20.
