17-year-old Indian-origin student Riddhi Chauhan leads 300 US Navy cadets
Riddhi Chauhan, a 17-year-old student of Indian descent, has been appointed as the Battalion Commanding Officer for her school's Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) unit. In this role, she is in charge of approximately 300 cadets, marking the top position within the initiative. The NJROTC is a leadership program supported by the US Navy for high school students. Riddhi, who draws inspiration from Mahant Swami Maharaj's teachings, aims to pursue a career as a Naval Officer.
