In Maharashtra's Nala Sopara, 11 individuals—comprising seven children and four women—were rushed to the hospital with suspected food poisoning following a birthday celebration. The children reported finding a dead lizard inside the cake. Soon after consuming the dessert, several attendees experienced chest irritation and started vomiting.
