Zoo ape gently looks after baby bird that fell into its habitat

Footage captured an ape called Eve tenderly looking after a young bird that mistakenly flew into her enclosure at the New Mexico Zoo. As reported by People, the ape held, cleaned, and watched over the baby robin until staff could return it to its parent. A zookeeper noted that Eve attempted to soothe the bird every time it chirped.
