Zeenat Aman's son Zahaan supports partner's father Tarun Tejpal following rape conviction
Zahaan, the son of veteran film star Zeenat Aman, has come out in support of Tarun Tejpal, the former Tehelka editor and father of his partner, Cara, following his conviction for the rape of a junior coworker. In a statement, Zahaan remarked that current times are challenging our capacity to use independent judgment, adding that there is greater complexity surrounding what he termed an unjust conviction. Actor Arjun Mathur, who is Tejpal’s son-in-law, has also voiced his support for him.
