Yami Gautam considered leaving acting prior to 'Uri: The Surgical Strike'
Yami Gautam recently shared that she was on the verge of quitting movies and heading back to her hometown before landing roles in 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' and 'Bala'. Reflecting on that time, Yami said, "I had accepted the idea of walking away from the industry. I planned to go back to Himachal... My parents were very supportive and told me to come home." She further noted, "Then 'Uri' and 'Bala' came along, and everything changed for me instantly."
