Woman held with 75 litres of alcohol on Bihar-bound train
A 25-year-old woman was taken into custody in Samastipur, Bihar, after Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Crime Intelligence Branch (CIB) officials found 75 litres of branded alcohol inside her luggage. The discovery was made in an AC First Class compartment of the Swatantrata Senani Express. The woman, identified as Neha, was traveling without a ticket alongside her brother-in-law and told authorities the alcohol was intended for a wedding. Investigators are currently looking into her potential links to a distribution network in Darbhanga and allege that she was masquerading as a medical representative.
