Kikkar Singh, a primary witness in the kidnapping, torture, and killing of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, revealed that 'Janki Sir Kilo' served as a code name for Khalra. While the film 'Satluj', featuring Diljit Dosanjh, depicts Khalra's death, Kikkar Singh expressed that he feels lucky to have survived.
