Wife of Sonam Wangchuk petitions Delhi HC to move him to a private hospital
Gitanjali Angmo, the wife of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk, has filed a plea in the Delhi High Court requesting that he be transferred from Safdarjung Government Hospital to a private facility. She claims that Wangchuk is being held against his will under the pretense of receiving medical care. Angmo stated that the government and hospital officials will be held entirely accountable if any harm comes to him.
