Violence erupts at Colombian football match as fans storm the field

The match between Independiente Santa Fe and América de Cali in the Colombian Championship was halted for almost an hour following a clash between supporters at El Campín Stadium in Bogotá. Spectators rushed onto the field carrying chairs, sticks, and various items, which compelled the players to retreat to their dressing rooms. Riot police had to be sent onto the pitch to restore order.
