Vinay Kumar Saxena to hold additional charge of J&K L-G during Manoj Sinha's absence
President Droupadi Murmu has designated Ladakh Lieutenant Governor and former Delhi L-G, Vinay Kumar Saxena, to temporarily oversee duties as the Jammu and Kashmir L-G while Manoj Sinha is on leave. Reports indicate that Sinha is currently in the United States for an official trip. During this period, Saxena is scheduled to preside over the swearing-in ceremony for Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati, who will become the new Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on September 9.
