Vietnam Airlines Boeing 787-9 barely clears runway after takeoff speed issues
A Vietnam Airlines Boeing 787-9 managed to depart Munich Airport with only 91 metres of the runway remaining. During the takeoff roll, the aircraft's acceleration stalled for two seconds. Although the jet reached the necessary takeoff speed, it reportedly experienced another drop in speed before finally lifting off. The flight circled for two hours to shed fuel and lower its weight before returning safely to Munich.
