Vaibhav Sooryavanshi did not feature in the playing XI for the opening T20I against England at Chester-le-Street, keeping him on the bench once more. The 15-year-old, who was also excluded from the two T20Is versus Ireland, is still waiting for his first appearance for the senior side. India previously suffered a 0-2 defeat in the T20I series against Ireland.
