Uttarakhand's Renu Dhariyal sets Guinness record for world's longest hair

Renu Dhariyal from Haldwani, Uttarakhand, has officially set a Guinness World Record for the longest hair on a living female. Her hair has been measured at 271.50 cm, which is 8 feet and 10 inches. She surpassed the previous record holder, Aliia Nasyrova from Ukraine, whose hair was 257.33 cm or 8 feet 5.3 inches long. Renu mentioned that she has not had a haircut since 2015.
