Uttarakhand: Workers stuck inside Chamoli tunnel following debris and water inflow
A group of workers is currently trapped inside the THDC tunnel located at Pipalkoti in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand after water and debris flooded the site. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has ordered officials to prioritize rescue efforts and launch operations immediately. He has also instructed the NDRF and SDRF teams to reach the location without delay. According to reports, 10 individuals remain trapped inside.
